Qualified suppliers

The quality of raw materials is guarantee of finished product quality. That’s why Doelonions cooperates only with selected suppliers meeting our requirements.

Our partners in onion cultivation are qualified and experienced farmers from Poland and the Netherlands.

We are involved from the beginning – choosing the best variety of onions, providing seeds to growers and monitoring time of growth until harvest and delivery. Thanks to this we can secure full traceability of used materials.

Our main resource – onions – as well as the rest of ingredients – meet strict quality requirements to offer safe and high value products. It is monitored with income to the factory and later during every step of the process.

Food safety and quality assurance are key elements in the production process.

The whole process of onions frying is precisely monitored by trained of HACCP rules employees. The raw materials, half-product and later the finished product, is constantly supervised by quality controllers to make sure the end product given to customers guarantees food safety and consistent quality. Those controls include meeting of clients requirements, law regulations and international norms. Product tests carried by accredited laboratories confirm that.

Quality assurance system

The quality assurance system of DoelOnions is based on food safety standards – IFS and BRC. The production plant is certified according those requirements since 2007 (see certificates below).

DoelOnions cares about sustainability. Our company is member of RSPO and only sustainable palm oil is used in the production of fried onions.

Crispy fried onions are also approved for Halal and Kosher.
Product is suitable for Vegan diet.
